Tools to Dismantle My Self is a kinetic sculpture of anatomical parts and tools
inspired by erector sets and construction toys, and is held together by custom cast
stainless steel hardware. The sculpture contains the very tools used to put this body
together and the tools that will be used to take it apart.
This piece was installed as part of the Future Bodies New Media Caucus exhibition in September 2022 at the Moss Arts Center at Virginia Tech.
