Anthropogeneal Gristmill is a pair of hand-cobbled shoes for grinding grain into flour. The wearable gristmill is an impractical keep-at-home solution for the dis-industrialized baker. The flour made with these shoes from raw buckwheat groats was my addition to a fifty-year-old sourdough starter, with which I made a loaf of buckwheat sourdough bread.
